CANCELATION & TRANSFER POLICY:
15+ days before training: Full refund minus $60 processing fee.
3–14 days before training: Full refund minus $90 processing fee.
Registrations not transferrable to future dates; please cancel and re-register for a new date.
Within 48 hours of training (once manual is sent): No refunds.
If illness or emergency prevents you from attending after receiving the manual, you may request a one-time transfer to a future training for a $90 rebooking fee. Transfer must be requested before training begins and used within 6 months. No-shows without notice are not eligible for transfer or refund.
