A 6-hour foundational workshop for non-EMDR clinicians preparing for IADC training
9:00am - 4:00pm U.S. Eastern Daylight Time (same as New York) - ADJUST FOR YOUR TIME ZONE
The Primer offers focused instruction in the rationale and safe use of BLS in the IADC context, including pacing, resourcing, and basic implementation skills. The workshop includes teaching, demonstration, guided practice, and integration/Q&A to help participants build confidence and arrive prepared for Core IADC Training.
This workshop is intended to be:
A focused orientation to BLS as used in IADC
The BLS prerequisite pathway for non-EMDR clinicians entering IADC training
A structured learning experience with teaching, demonstration, and guided practice
This workshop is not:
EMDR training
IADC protocol training
A substitute for comprehensive trauma therapy training
Authorization to use BLS broadly outside the IADC context
Completion of this workshop satisfies the BLS requirement for entry into Core IADC Training.
Cancellation Policy:
15+ days before the Primer: Full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
3–14 days before the Primer: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
Within 48 hours of the Primer start time: Full refund minus a $75 processing fee.
No-shows: No refund.
Transfer to a Future Date:
You may request a one-time transfer to a future BLS Primer date instead of cancelling.
A transfer fee applies based on timing (same as the cancellation fee):
15+ days before: $25 transfer fee
3–14 days before: $50 transfer fee
Within 48 hours: $75 transfer fee
